The City of Garden Grove (“City”) established the MicroBiz Program (“Program”) to stimulate economic growth through business assistance and expansion activities for Garden Grove microenterprises. The Program provides technical assistance to businesses with 5 or less employees to help scale their business operations and enhance operations. Participating businesses will have the opportunity to apply for financial assistance up to $50,000 to help businesses expand and create new full-time jobs. Eligible businesses must be located in the City of Garden Grove and possess a valid Garden Grove Business License.
