Due to an overwhelming demand, the Home Repair Program and Micro Business Relief Grant are no longer accepting applications.

Thank you for your interest in the City of Garden Grove's Business Assistance Programs.  Below are some small business resources for you to consider in addition to the Business Toolkit  (https://ggcity.org/businesses):

Micro Business Relief Grant Program - Thank you for your interest in the City's Micro Business Relief Grant.  At this time, this grant is currently unavailable because we have reached capacity due to the over whelming response.  Once the applications are reviewed and there are grants still available, we will open the grant process again.  In the mean time, if you would like to receive the latest updates on grants, please sign up for periodic updates.

JOBS 1st Program - Provides grants of up to $25,000 for job retention or loans of up to $50,000 for job creation (https://apply.ggcity.org/prog/jobs_1st_program/)

Orange County District 1 Grant Program - Makes available grants of up to $10,000 for businesses impacted by COVID-19. The application period closed on July 31, 2020. Additional information is available on the District 1 Grant program website. (district1grantprogram.com)

Accessible Business Program -  This Program provides local Garden Grove businesses including restaurants, retail and service-type businesses to apply for a temporary outdoor permit to temporarily convert portions of adjacent parking areas, walkways, patios, sidewalks, and public rights-of-way into business areas.

The Office of Economic Development will be conducting ongoing reviews of the submitted applications. We understand the challenges the Garden Grove business community is facing during this COVID-19 crisis.  We appreciate your cooperation and patience in these unprecedented times.
