Home Repair Program - The City of Garden Grove is offering home rehabilitation grants up to $5,000 to address Municipal Code violations, substandard living conditions, and necessary health & safety improvements to your home. Funding will be awarded to 20 eligible applicants who are selected through a blind raffle. The City will hold two raffles, one in June and another in December. 

• June 2, 2025 - June 16, 2025
• December 1, 2025 - December 15, 2025

MicroBiz Program - The City has launched a new program for micro-businesses called the MicroBiz Program, and the application portal is now OPEN and the City is accepting applications on a first-come first-served based on funding availability. The MicroBiz Program is designed to provide micro-businesses with 5 or less employees with technical assistance that is designed to improve business operations and expand.
